| 1. The conference id number followed by the reference number. |
| 2. The phone number for the recording playback line. |
| 3. The date the conference call was recorded. |
| 4. Click to download in wav format. |
| 5. Click to convert to MP3 format and download. |
| 6. Click to start the sharing on the recording playback line
and will display the reference number. |
| 7. Delete removes it from the entire system. |
